Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC (ACH) has two U.S. regulated subsidiaries, Aladdin Capital Management LLC (ACM) and Aladdin Capital LLC (AC) collectively referred to as "The Companies". The Companies are committed to protecting the interests of its clients and investors. The Companies maintain a Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including redundant data centers and alternate processing facilities, to address interruptions to its normal course of business.

The Plan is reviewed annually and updated as necessary. The Plan outlines the actions The Companies will take in the event of a building, city-wide, or regional incident, including relocating technology, operational and management personnel to alternate facilities to resume business functions.

The Companies test their BCP capabilities regularly and are prepared to activate the BCP immediately upon recognition of a serious business disruption.
