Aladdin Credit Partners LLC (“ACP”), a joint venture between the Co-Founders and Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC, focuses on investing into restructuring related situations including rescue financing, debtor-in-possession (“DIP”) credit facilities, and DIP to POR credit facilities in both the institutional and middle market. Debt structures can include working capital financing, first and second lien enterprise value term loan facilities, and other credit focused credit instruments. ACP has the ability to invest in a broad ranges of products, industries and situations to meet the needs of its clients. ACP utilizes its extensive relationships in the bankruptcy, commercial and investment banking, and alternative investment communities in the United States and abroad. The ACP approach is constructed around the team’s extensive credit focused and research expertise, and benefits from its affiliation with Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC. Biographies: VICTOR RUSSO, Co-Founder, Senior Managing Director: Prior to co-founding ACP, Mr. Russo spent 22 years at CIT Group, Inc. and its predecessor companies, most recently as President CIT Business Credit where he served in that capacity from 2000 to 2005. He had direct oversight of a $13 billion portfolio across 7 different offices and 4 product lines including restructuring finance, asset-based finance, leverage finance, and media & telecommunications finance. He was the founder of the Restructuring Finance Group at CIT Group, Inc. in 1989. He graduation Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University. LUKE GOSSELIN, Co-Founder, Senior Managing Director. Prior to co-founding ACP, Mr. Gosselin spent five years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., most recently as Head of Private Principal Finance within the Fixed Income Division running the business in both New York and London. Previous to that he was a founding member of the Restructuring Financing Group within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Prior, he spent nine years as a senior member of the Restructuring Finance and Sponsor Finance businesses at CIT Group, Inc. He holds a BS from Syracuse University in Finance and Economics and a dual major MBA in Finance and Accounting with honors from Fordham University. SEAN SHEEHAN, Managing Director. Mr. Sheehan has 17 years of credit experience, most recently as Managing Director at FirstLight Financial Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Sheehan spent 15 years at GE Capital Corporation with his most recent position being as a Managing Director in GE Restructuring Finance with a background in all aspects of restructuring finance. He holds a BS from Clarkson University in Mechanical Engineering and a dual major MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business. SIMMON SARAF, Managing Director. Mr. Saraf has 14 years of credit and lending experience, most recently at the CIT Group Inc., where he helped establish the firm’s middle market Sponsor Finance platform. Prior to joining CIT, he was a member of the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, and prior to GS, he worked at Farallon Capital Management LLC in San Francisco. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of California, Davis and an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University Stern School of Business. ARIEL REYES, Director. Mr. Reyes has over 13 years of domestic and overseas credit and lending experience. Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Reyes held positions with Lehman Brothers and Goldman, Sachs & Co. leveraged finance teams. Mr. Reyes received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. SANDEEP DIXIT, Director. Mr. Dixit has 10 years of credit experience, most recently as a Vice President with Fortress Investment Group where he specialized in opportunistic lending and special situations. Prior to Fortress, Sandeep spent three years with Merrill Lynch Capital’s middle market healthcare lending group. Sandeep started his career as an investment banking analyst with Deutsche Bank. Sandeep received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. VISHAL NEHRU, Associate. Prior to ACP, Mr. Nehru was in the TMT Investment Banking group at Wachovia Securities, where he was involved in the origination and execution of debt, equity and M&A transactions. Previously, he worked for Egon Zehnder International and Ernst & Young LLP in New York and New Delhi. Mr. Nehru received a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of the South, where he graduated as a Norma Mills International Scholar with a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science. He is also a Business Bridge Program graduate of Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.
